As the holiday season approaches, life tends to speed up, often leaving us feeling ungrounded, anxious, and disconnected. The stress of managing personal and social expectations can cloud our ability to stay present, diminishing our inner peace.
But where does this pressure and tension go? If left unaddressed, it builds up in our minds and bodies, manifesting as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and physical tension.
This Reiki & Meditation Circle offers a sacred opportunity to pause and reset before the holiday rush begins. Through guided meditation and Reiki healing, we will create space to release what no longer serves us and restore balance to our energy fields.
Meditation allows us to reconnect with our inner calm, bringing us back into alignment with our true selves. Combined with the powerful healing energy of Reiki, this experience will help to soothe the nervous system, clear emotional blockages, and cultivate a sense of peace, harmony, and vitality.
How the Session Flows
Sacred Space Creation: We open with intention-setting, creating a healing container for meditation and energy work.
Grounding Meditation: A guided meditation designed to center you in the present moment, releasing tension from the body and calming the mind.
Reiki Energy Healing: We will flow into a collective Reiki healing session, allowing each participant to receive and share energy. The healing will focus on rebalancing your chakras and releasing any emotional or energetic stagnation.
Closing Silence & Reflection: We conclude in sacred silence, integrating the shifts from our meditation and Reiki, followed by a brief reflection to share our experiences.
